What part does gratitude play in my financial decisions?
In this brief video (2:26), Ron Blue shares his perspective on gratitude, grace, and our finances. God’s heart toward us is one of generosity and grace. As those made in His image, we can respond to our financial decisions with the same attitude that He has toward us. If all that we have is a gift from God, then every monetary decision we make can be laced with gratitude for His provision.
As always, Ron’s encouragement to you is to go back to God’s word to restore your faith. Take a moment to consider the following Scriptures and meditate on their truth and their application.
Psalm 95:2 (NKJV)
Let us come before His presence with thanksgiving; let us shout joyfully to Him with psalms.
Philippians 4:6 (NKJV)
Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God.
John 3:16 (NKJV)
For God so loved the world that He gave his only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.
Ephesians 2:8 (NKJV)
For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God. |
