Is the American economy resettling itself, and what does that mean to our way of life?

In this short video (2:00), Ron shares his beliefs about whether the American economy is in a time of “resetting” and “resettling” itself. He points to the Bible as well as to history to honestly evaluate what has happened in our economy in recent months. Ron also shares with listeners the one thing that you and I can do in our personal economy to respond to uncertainty right now.

As always, Ron’s encouragement to you is to go back to God’s Word to restore your faith. Take a moment to consider the following Scriptures and meditate on their Truth and their application.

Proverbs 19:23 (NIV)
“The fear of the Lord leads to life: Then one rests content, untouched by trouble.”

Hebrews 13:5 (NIV)
“Keep your lives free from the love of money and be content with what you have, because God has said, “Never will I leave you; never will I forsake you.”

2 Corinthians 8:9 (NIV)
“For you know the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, that though he was rich, yet for your sakes He became poor, so that you through His poverty might become rich.”

Philippians 4:11b-13 (NIV)
“I have learned to be content whatever the circumstances. I know what it is to be in need, and I know what it is to have plenty. I have learned the secret of being content in any and every situation, whether well fed or hungry, whether living in plenty or in want. I can do everything through Him who gives me strength.”
