Five Decisions to True Financial Freedom: The Lordship Decision

In this short video (1:43), Ron continues a series called “The Five Decisions to True Financial Freedom.” Ron shares the story of his own Lordship decision in the blog and talks about what the decision means in the video today. Join him as he leads us along the spiritual path to “laying up treasures in heaven.”

As always, Ron’s encouragement to you is to go back to God’s Word to restore your faith. Take a moment to consider the following Scriptures, and meditate on their Truth and their application.

Romans 12:1-2 (NASB)
“Therefore I urge you, brethren, by the mercies of God, to present your bodies a living and holy sacrifice, acceptable to God, which is your spiritual service of worship. And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may prove what the will of God is, that which is good and acceptable and perfect.”

Ephesians 4:22-23 (NIV)
“You were taught, with regard to your former way of life, to put off your old self, which is being corrupted by its deceitful desires; to be made new in the attitude of your minds.”

Romans 6:16 (NIV)
“Don't you know that when you offer yourselves to someone to obey him as slaves, you are slaves to the one whom you obey--whether you are slaves to sin, which leads to death, or to obedience, which leads to righteousness?”
